    Hearing the perspectives and observing the behaviours of real users is an invaluable opportunity to optimize your decision-making at any point of the product development lifecycle.

  • The length of a research project can vary depending on the chosen scope and methodology. As a rough guide, research studies can take anywhere between 2 weeks and up to several months (in the case of longitudinal diary studies, for example).
    Project timelines will be discussed in the planning stage to ensure you receive timely insights that meet your business needs.

  • At the completion of the project you will receive reports with key user insights and actionable recommendations, as well as all the full data for future reference.
    Example deliverables include: executive summaries and full research reports, video snippets, personas, customer journey maps, stakeholder presentations, etc.
    Possible outputs will be discussed at the outset of the project to ensure the format and level of detail meet your requirements.
